As we are part of Stage 3 re-opening, we are now open for business as of July 24, 2020. We have also created a new safety protocol for both staff and clients to ensure the safety of everyone. <3
WHAT WE ARE DOING
- Taking extra precaution to clean and disinfect our studio – We’ve been using medical grade disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces including door handles, faucet handles, chairs, beds, lights and etc.
- Tools used on client that have one-time usage are disposed after each use. With other non-disposable/re-usable items/tools they are always sanitized before and after each client with a medical grade disinfectant.
- Staff will always wash their hands before and after each appointment. Masks and gloves will be worn throughout.
- We are limiting to 2 clients per day to ensure there is enough time for sanitization in between each service.
- Several large HEPA filtered air purifiers are in place to keep the air within our studio clean.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
- Pre-screen questionnaire: We will email you a pre-screening questionnaire 24 hours before your appointment. This online form MUST BE FILLED OUT prior to your appointment.
- Reschedule if unwell: Please reschedule if you or your family members have been sick in the last two weeks.
- No guest: Please DO NOT BRING children, pets or others to your appointment.
- Wait in the car: If you arrive early, text your artist and wait in the car until your artist is ready to take you.
- Wear a mask: Please bring a brand NEW mask or CLEAN mask and wear it during the entire appointment. If you don’t have a mask, you will be asked to buy one for $5.
- Temperature check: Your temperature will be taken upon arrival using a touch-less laser thermometer.
- Wash your hands: Clients must wash their hands upon entering our studio.
- Bring extra clothes: Prepare extra clothing or blanket if you would like to cover during the appointment.
- Bring minimal belongings: You will be asked to place all of your belongings in a designated bin upon entry.
- Disposable hair-cap: You will be offered and asked to put on a disposable hair net for the duration of the appointment.
