— All appointments must be booked in advance.
— Please arrive on time to receive the full duration of your service.
— We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
— Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may result in prepayment being required for future bookings.
— Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.
— Full charges will apply for missed or shortened appointments due to lateness.
— Standard Refill: Schedule within 2-4 weeks of your last appointment. At least 40% of lash extensionsmust remain to qualify.
— Refill+ (Extended Refill): For appointments booked up to 5 weeks after your last visit. Requires a longer session and is priced accordingly.
— At least 30% of lashes must remain; otherwise, a full set will be required.
— Beyond 5 Weeks or Less Than 30% Retention: Considered a Full Set.
— Foreign Fills: Work from other artists will be assessed case by case. A full removal and new set may be recommended if previous work does not meet our quality standards.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience significant lash loss within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us immediately. A complimentary touch-up will be offered within this timeframe. The guarantee does NOT apply if:
— Aftercare instructions were not properly followed.
— You have been exposed to excessive moisture, oils, or steam.
— You have picked, pulled, or otherwise tampered with the extensions.

A lash lift is a semi-permanent treatment that enhances your natural lashes by lifting and curling them from the root, giving the appearance of longer, more defined lashes without the need for extensions.
At Marveleyes Beauty Bar, we use a Korean glue-less lash lift method combined with the Ruthie Belle Lash Lift system, known for its gentle yet effective formulas. Unlike traditional lash lifts that use adhesives to stick lashes onto a silicone rod, the Korean glue-less method we use allows for a more natural lift with minimal stress on the lashes—perfect for those with sensitivities or finer lash types.
The Ruthie Belle system includes advanced formulations like the After Lift Neutralizing Foam, which helps rebalance the lash’s pH and strengthens the lashes post-treatment. This helps reduce the risk of dryness or damage while locking in the lift for long-lasting, healthy results.
The entire treatment takes about 1 to 1.5 hours, and the results typically last 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your lash growth cycle.
This method offers a gentle, fume-free alternative that prioritizes lash health without compromising on lift and curl.
Lash lifts last until the lash falls out with its natural growth cycle—this is about 6-8 weeks. You may find your lashes looking like they have fallen sooner thanks to new growth. Although you may be tempted to go back to get your eyelashes re-lifted each month, we recommends waiting minimum 2 months— so as not to damage your lashes.
For the most part, this is a pretty easy treatment to maintain. You’ll need to keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours, but after that, you’re free to live your life!

To get a lash lift, lashes will need to be clean and in their natural colour. We recommend waiting two months between lash lifts if you would like to begin getting them regularly.
PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT COMPLETELY FREE OF EYE MAKE UP! Also, you must stop usage of waterproof mascara at least 2 days prior to your Lift! If you wear contacts, they must be removed.
With lash lifts we only work with your natural lashes. A lash lift can offer the illusion of length by semi-permanently curling up the natural lashes and with the addition of a tint it can offer a more dramatic and thicker result!
Harsh chemicals are used in waterproof formulas in order to make them, well…. waterproof. This chemical composition is extremely drying to your lashes. Not to mention all the effort and extra tugging and pulling on the lashes to remove the mascara. To be honest, most people are not great at thoroughly removing the mascara. If that’s the case, now you’re running around with this super drying film of chemicals on your lashes 24 hours a day. This results in weakened lashes that are prone to breakage, and over shedding.
No, if you follow all the advice on Pre prep and Post care. The lifting solutions are only applied to the new growth area of the lashes, down towards the base and up a bit. Never to the ends of the lashes.
Yes. Some of the most dramatic results I’ve achieved have been from those using Latisse® / Eyenvy because their lashes are already so long.
You need to wait at least 1 year from your surgery. It has been my experience with clients who have had this surgery that there is an increased sensitivity in the eye area for quite a while. You need to give yourself that time to heal first. After that, you can consult with your physician to be sure.

Chronic dry eye, conjunctivitis, damaged lashes or lashes with gaps (this treatment may make the gaps more noticeable), active eye infections of any kind, trichotillomania (habitual pulling out of lashes), recent chemo treatments (you will need to wait at least a year from your last treatment.
