New Clients
A non-refundable deposit of $40 sent via EMT to hello@marveleyes.ca is required for the following:

Saline Tattoo Removal
A non-refundable deposit of $50 for initial appointment sent via EMT to hello@marveleyes.ca is required for the following:

Semi-Permanent Brow Tattoo

Lip Blush Tattoo
Deposits will go towards the total price of your service and only 1 rescheduling may be allowed.

Rescheduling
​
Client is responsible for contacting Marveleyes via email, text, or Instagram to reschedule their appointments at least 48 hours in advance. There is a limit of 1 rescheduling allowed.
Services will not be provided for those feeling ill.

No Shows
Lash Extension / Lash Lift/ Brow Lamination Clients:
Clients who fails to show up to their appointments without notice and would like to reschedule will be required to pay a no show fee of 50% of the appointment cancelled in order to re-book their following appointment.
Semi-Permanent Tattoo Clients:
Clients who fails to show up to their appointments without notice and would like to reschedule will be required to pay a no show fee of $100 sent via EMT to hello@marveleyes.ca in order to re-book their following appointment.
Payment Methods

Appointment deposits will be asked to be paid via E-transfer (EMT) to hello@marveleyes.ca

Remaining service balances are accepted in Debit, Credit,EMT, or Cash

Our Guarantees

We will guarantee any of work for up to 3 days from the date of your service.
Restrictions may apply.

Client's Responsibilities

It is up to the client's responsibility to become familiar with all the pre/post service care prior to their appointment. We strongly recommend each client to fully read through and understand the FAQs sections of the services they are interested in or are going to receive. Please do contact us about any questions.

Client's must sign waiver forms specific to the service they are receiving prior to arrival

Client must arrive with a new/clean mask that full covers their mouth and nose throughout the appointment

At no point in time is the client allowed to bring any guests.
